To maintain a centre of excellence for all Ground Services Training events held across the Gulf Air network in strict accordance with the procedures documented in the company Operations Manual, Part D; Volume 4.0: The Dangerous Goods and Aviation Security Training Manual and Volume 5.0: The Ground Services Training Manual and also those documented in the Training Quality Procedures (TQP) library.
Events shall include the management and implementation of:
Induction training for Ground Staff, Flight Deck and Cabin Crew.
Initial and Recurrent Qualification Compliance Training
Managing continuing (Recurrent) regulatory training as mandated by BCAA/ANTROPS1/ICAO/IATA and in accordance with staff training records.
Managing Network-wide On Job Training for Ground Handling and General Sales Agents.
Hosting Web-based Conferences and Training Seminars
For audit purposes, to manage and maintain accurate electronic records of all training personally conducted.
To develop and maintain courseware in accordance with company Operations Manuals and publications issued by regulatory authorities (IATA, ICAO, Bahrain CAA etc.)
